Roberto Falcon is one of my absolute favorite musicians in Puerto Vallarta.  His bass playing is incredible as is evidenced by his prolific engagements with several groups including the talented mediterranean jazz group Moruno and Brazilian jazz ensemble, Trem de Minas.  Roberto comes to Puerto Vallarta from Ciudad Juarez where he began his musical career.  His wining personality and smile are infectious.  I first saw Roberto perform with Rafael Zermeño and others in a jazz group called Los Diablitos and often with Faralae a talented group from Mexico City when they are in town.  I stop in  my tracks when I hear his incredible improvised jazz.  While jazz is his favorite, Roberto also plays great blues and his versatility adds a special flavor to all genres of music.  I hope to add more music and photos for you to enjoy very soon!

Roberto has recently playing at Cuates y Cuetes with Sam Davalos Trio creating some very exciting jazz. Look for him Wednesday evenings at 7:30!
